Data collected

Through the contact form: first name, last name, email address, project type, intended budget and message. No other data is collected without your knowledge.

Purpose and legal basis

This data is used only to answer your request and, where relevant, to prepare a quote. It is processed on the basis of your consent, given by ticking the box on the form.

Recipients

Your message is sent by email to MASZ Production through the Brevo sending service (Sendinblue SAS, France). The form is protected against bots by Cloudflare Turnstile. Your data is never sold or passed on to third parties.

Retention

Conversations are kept for as long as needed to follow up on your request, and for no more than three years after the last contact.

Cookies and analytics

The website uses no advertising cookies. Traffic is measured with Cloudflare Web Analytics, without cookies or individual tracking. YouTube videos only load when you press play, from the youtube-nocookie.com domain.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to productionmasz@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
